Senior Account Executive — Auto Technology/Mobility

Marketing Automation & Operations Specialist

Antenna is looking for a highly-driven, entrepreneurial and growth-oriented Marketing Automation & Operations Specialist to assist the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development with the planning, management, and implementation of a robust inbound and outbound marketing program using the CRM, marketing and sales platform HubSpot.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day marketing activities using HubSpot CRM, dashboards and marketing automation platform(s); apply best practices to develop and deploy targeted campaigns
  • On-going content generation for Antenna’s website, social media channels, blog, newsletters, case studies, and eBooks.
  • Work with Antenna’s internal New Business and Marketing teams on developing effective strategies to grow the company’s web presence and reach potential clients.
  • Manage internal editorial calendars for content marketing program, work with staff to ensure teams are hitting deadlines.
  • Track marketing campaign analytics and KPIs; help refine strategy as needed to optimize performance; monitor and maintain data and reporting within CRM as required.
  • Assist in researching and preparing presentations for new clients in the smart energy, emerging technology, and life sciences sector, among many more.
  • Assist with market research, content generation, and outreach surrounding Antenna’s presence at conferences, trade shows, and events.
  • Assist with strategic outreach, proposals, and sales funnel work as necessary.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree from 4-year college in a related field.
  • Ideal candidates will possess working experience with HubSpot (contact lists, workflows, template design, productivity management, etc.) or within similar marketing automation platforms; strong marketing analytics, business intelligence, writing, communications, organization and critical thinking skills.
  • Candidates will be expected to work both autonomously and collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across the organization including senior management, account executives, graphic designs, programmers, etc.
  • Candidate will be expected to complete and maintain a variety of certifications in HubSpot, Google Analytics, Inbound Marketing and Sales, others.
  • Experience with cleantech, sustainability, mobility, emerging tech and life sciences sectors a plus.

Full-time, Paid Intern

We know it’s common for agency newbies to be seen more than they’re heard, and we think that’s nuts. In Antenna’s non-hierarchical environment, interns are encouraged to bring fresh ideas to the table and are quickly entrusted with foundational account responsibilities. Full-time interns will support teams on 5-6 accounts. Day-to-day assignments include managing client dashboards and media lists; preparing reports and project status updates; and monitoring social media channels.
