Strategic communications for technology, clean energy and sustainability.

Senior Team

Caroline Venza, Executive Vice President and General Manager

For over a decade, Caroline has guided Antenna’s client base through successful financial events, product launches, channel programs, branding efforts and all stages in between. As a former journalist with an M.A. in Rhetoric, she understands the power of language, in all its forms, and its role in seeding and shaping new ideas.

Caroline initially spent six years teaching college English, literature and poetry in Texas and California. The years spent in front of a lectern taught her a thing or two about how to engage and sustain an audience. Though she now spends the majority of her time working closely with clients behind-the-scenes on strategy and messaging, Caroline also enjoys stepping on the stage to speak at industry events. She serves as advisory board member for the Rice Alliance for Technology and Entrepreneurship in her home state.
