Antenna is looking for a passionate, hard working aspiring social media professional to join our growing social media team to assist with the day-to-day organic social media marketing campaign development, strategies & copy writing for both B2C, B2G and B2B client campaigns. We are looking for a candidate who is well-versed in cultivating a social media following and promoting a company’s brand while carrying out the technical execution of social media marketing to meet campaign initiatives.


  • Operate as an organic social media developer on a day-to-day basis and manage client accounts & community engagement
  • Work cross-functionally with content, design, marketing and industry professionals on tactical social media marketing strategy
  • Assist in developing, implementing and managing social media strategy and calendar development for client campaigns including publishing content
  • Formulate high-quality written and visual content to support each social media campaign (organic and paid social), with support from content and design teams
  • Oversee social media community management across all social media channels for campaigns
  • Monitor user-generated comments and messages
  • Facilitate scaling brand awareness through various social media channels
  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts to increase brand awareness
  • Research social media trends, competitor performance and inform the team of changes that are relevant to the campaign
  • Set, monitor and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive actionable insights from social media metrics and marketing data
  • Collaborate with other team members across departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Directly report to the organic social media supervisor

Key Requirements 

  • 2-3  years of prior social media marketing experience
  • Experience working in an agency, fast-paced environment or experience managing multiple brands is preferred
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Twitter,  Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and emerging social media platforms
  • Experience with proactive and reactive community engagement
  • Familiar with moderating user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Working experience with social media content calendars and syndication schedules
  • Knowledge of Sprout Social: Social Media Management Solutions or related social media management scheduling tools
  • Ability to plan and create engaging content that aligns with consumer trends, market changes and vertical shifts
  • Distribute and schedule engaging content
  • Social analytics tool and reporting knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience in content management & development
  • Strong analytical and multitasking skills within fast paced environments
  • Ability to learn quickly, about our clients, industries we serve and the variety of niche topics relevant to our campaigns

  • Experience and/or Interest in industries Antenna specializes in: Cleantech, Health, Mobility, Innovations, Real Estate, B2B Tech, etc.
  • Experience with Reddit & Telegram
  • Working knowledge of influencer marketing
  • Previously worked in a fast-paced, digital agency environment
