Antenna is looking for a Miami, Florida-based Senior Account Executive or Account Supervisor for our Real Estate (Spaces) practice to manage the development, coordination, and direction of public relations activities on behalf of luxury real estate and lifestyle clients. This role will be fully remote. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Strategy: 

  • Support strategy sessions and assist with PR plan development
  • Support the creative development process, identifying fresh approaches to clients’ programs
  • Work with senior staff to gain an understanding of account financials and staff utilization
  • Where applicable, work with in-house digital marketing and social media professionals to align with PR campaign goals

Client Relations:

  • Serve as a client point of contact across accounts
  • Take an active role in client update calls
  • Work with teams to ensure maintenance of internal and client-facing dashboards

Media Relations:

  • Participate in media strategy development across accounts
  • Demonstrate understanding of real estate, luxury, architecture/design, and lifestyle media landscape
  • Identify opportunities for proactive and reactive pitching
  • Strengthen relationships with existing press contacts and build connections with new relevant reporters 
  • Deliver exciting email and phone pitches
  • Meet at least one reporter per quarter

Content Creation: 

  • Draft press releases, bylines, case studies and sales collateral—free of typos, factual inaccuracies, outdated messaging, etc.
  • Draft and edit social media content that reflects knowledge of clients’ messages and audiences, as well as current best practices for optimum reach and engagement  

Ant Management and Mentorship: 

  • Work with interns, AAEs and AEs to develop and strengthen PR skills and understanding of clients’ industries
  • Effectively “manage up” to Directors and VPs
  • Participate in agency team building activities
  • Oversee Asana maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 3+years of direct public relations experience or related areas
  • Relevant client experience, including:
    • Luxury property marketing
    • Real estate developers
    • Residential brokerage firms
    • Architecture and design firms
  • Detail oriented, organized and ability to manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated, proactive and flexible 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong writing, editing and communication skills
