We're looking for a seasoned Social Media Supervisor with diverse agency experience to lead complex B2B social programs. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience across boutique and large agencies, with proven success developing sophisticated social strategies that integrate seamlessly with PR and marketing initiatives. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on expertise to drive measurable business impact through social programs. You'll lead day-to-day execution while providing high-level direction across accounts, working closely with our PR, content, and creative teams to deliver integrated client campaigns that exceed expectations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Strategic Leadership (50%)

Lead strategic planning for complex B2B organic social media campaigns, with an emphasis on integrated marketing initiatives.

Develop comprehensive social media strategies that directly support clients' business objectives.

Guide strategic decision-making across accounts to ensure maximum impact and ROI.

Provide thought leadership and strategic counsel to senior client stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create platform-specific integrated marketing solutions.

Analyze campaign performance data to drive strategic decisions and program pivots.

Implement real-time optimizations based on social analytics and engagement metrics.

Conducted comprehensive social media audits to identify opportunities and gaps; delivered strategic recommendations and competitive insights from audit findings.
- Lead client presentations, program reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
Program Management (30%)

Drive day-to-day execution of strategic social media initiatives across LinkedIn, Twitter, and the full suite of social media platforms; including monthly calendaring.

Develop and optimize content strategies that demonstrate clear business value.

Lead influencer and brand partnership programs.

Oversee social analytics and reporting, with a focus on strategic insights and optimization.

Manage complex client relationships and serve as strategic advisor.

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B social media experience with proven strategic leadership
- Deep expertise in developing complex social media strategies for sophisticated B2B clients
- Strong background in one or more of Antenna's practice areas: Cleantech, Mobility, Real Estate, Healthcare or B2B tech
- Demonstrated success managing and growing major client relationships
- Experience leading integrated marketing programs
- Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent presentation and client communication skills
- Track record of mentoring and developing team members
