Antenna is looking for a HR/Recruitment Coordinator to support the Director of Human Resources in daily HR and recruiting operations, initiatives, and projects. The HR/Recruitment Coordinator will serve as an ambassador of Antenna’s warm and inclusive culture to all candidates and staff members and ensure a positive experience. This role will be temporarily remote due to COVID-19 and thereafter can be based in either our New York, New Jersey or Chicago offices. 


  • Screen incoming candidates and present to hiring managers and schedule interviews 
  • Conduct sourcing campaigns to fill open roles and build out hiring pipeline 
  • Champion diversity and culture in all aspects of the recruiting process and assist with strategies for attracting and hiring diverse talent
  • Help manage the new hire process and other tasks related to onboarding 
  • Partner with the Director of Human Resources on implementing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practices 
  • Partner with the Director of Human Resources on recruitment for the internship program 
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality concerning all company matters, including personnel actions, terminations, and organizational plans
  • Support the Antenna’s training and development initiatives
  • Coordinate internal HR platforms and programs
  • Other Recruiting and Human Resources projects as needed 


  • 1-2 years of Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition experience in a corporate or agency setting 
  • Experience hiring for Public Relations and Marketing roles, preferred
  • Strong interest in building DE&I initiatives/programs
  • Proven track record of recruiting in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, energetic and empathetic personality
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees and managers
  • Team-player, with the ability to motivate others to achieve optimal results
  • Highly motivated, proactive and adaptable 
  • Organized, detailed oriented and able to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to be discrete and handle sensitive matters 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
