Antenna is looking for a marketing technologist with strong analytical skills, is a strong communicator, growth-minded, curious, engaged, and always looking ways to utilize technology to collect more data, complete more tests, and ultimately improve the sales/marketing funnel even further. As a core member of our digital marketing team, you will use your combined background/skills in both marketing and technology to guide the technical decisions and implementations to execute marketing campaigns for our clients. You will work in our client’s CRM/marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, Google Site Kit, wordpress and other website platforms to develop solutions that enhance the tracking, user experience and deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time. You’re experienced in CRM & Automation platforms like HubSpot and Pardot and CMS tools like WordPress,but have a genuine desire to explore, research, and learn other tools as needed.

You know how to analyze and leverage data to determine actionable insights that support the success of our clients and campaign initiatives. You can describe what the data shows, think critically about it, and use it for strategic decision-making to increase site usability, improve content assets, increase conversion rates, and ensure the campaign is utilizing the right mix of distribution channels and tools/integrations. You are committed to ensuring that all decisions ultimately complement our clients overall goals, collaborating with your colleagues and client team to receive a diverse set of inputs. You will be supporting account managers and strategists by leading execution and implementation of campaigns and marketing initiatives with a technical lens. You should be comfortable in the backend of websites and have a foundation of CSS/HTML/Javascript coding comprehension.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The marketing technologist will support the marketing team in 4 main areas

Marketing & Website Engineering

  1. Develop landing pages for ad campaigns, email marketing templates, and websites off of templates (using WordPress, Hubspot, LeadPages, Squarespace and other tools)
  2. Website updates including: Add new pages to websites, content updates, plugin/theme configurations
  3. Customize marketing technology products and website implementations with light software development using skills in HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  4. Perform data privacy, security and compliance reviews of marketing & website technology products

Marketing & Website Analytics 

  1. Setup client dashboards & reports
  2. Implement conversion tracking, troubleshooting, resolving issues, and making recommendations for more advance implementations
  3. Strategic technical approach to tracking analytics to align with Client sales/marketing goals
  4. Analyze customer data and determine changes needed to improve the data
  5. Monitor data quality within marketing technology products within client campaigns
  6. Planning and executing content & data migrations, looking for opportunities to automate the process
  7. Present on relevant technical topics on internal/external status and reporting meetings

Marketing Operations & Technical Implementation

  1. Serve as the primary technical point of contact across accounts
  2. Lead client technical discover meetings & present technical recommendations to clients
  3. Train and support marketing staff on using marketing technology products
  4. Architect the overall marketing stack of all marketing technology products used for client campaigns, including performing technical reviews, research of new tools, demoing solutions, and putting together proof of concepts.
  5. Implementation of CRM, Marketing Automation, and other marketing tools
  6. Integrate marketing technology products with each other and non-marketing systems
  7. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate business terms for purchasing marketing technology products internally and externally
  8. Ensure proper setup of internal tools used for campaigns to ensure a seamless coordination, communication and project management between cross-functional teams in public relations, digital marketing, graphic design, and web development.

Growth Marketing

  1. Working in our client’s CRM/marketing automation platforms for sales enablement and lead nurturing
  2. Put brand development and persona work into action with customer segmentation and testing across channels to personalize and optimize your customer experience for prospects based on psychographic data points. Use automation to set this up, measure results, and test along the way.
  3. Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical SEO issues
  4. Monitor performance of marketing campaigns
  5. Execute on Conversion Rate Optimization campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Marketing or related majors
  • General knowledge of digital marketing practices like inbound marketing, search engine optimization, content marketing and digital advertising.
  • 4+ years of marketing technology experience or related areas
  • Interest in client subject matter and ability to understand complex technologies and explain them in accessible, compelling terms
  • Ability to think strategically and use technology to achieve client goals/objectives 
  • Self-motivated, proactive and flexible 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
