Antenna is looking for an Office Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operations activities of our New Jersey, New York, Chicago and San Francisco offices. The role will also support the CEO. This is a full-time position and will be based out of our Hackensack, NJ office. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide general support for all of Antenna’s offices, including coordinating maintenance and cleaning, managing vendor relationships and communicate with service providers, reviewing and distributing incoming mail, ordering office supplies and snacks, preparing correspondence and presentations, and other clerical tasks
  • Maintain and manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling across multiple time zones with executives and clients 
  • Maintaining and developing corporate meeting agendas 
  • Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and other activities
  • Assist in organizing company events and personal events for CEO 
  • Light filing of CEO’s personal documents on site at office
  • Handle personal work for CEO as requested as requested
  • Other administrative tasks and project as needed 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 5 years of administrative/office experience supporting multiple offices and a C-Suite executive, CEO preferred
  • Extremely computer savvy and proficient in G-Suite, MS Office, Slack
  • Highly motivated, proactive and adaptable 
  • Organized, detailed oriented and able to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to be discrete and handle sensitive matters 
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
