We are currently seeking a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist to execute, manage, and optimize performance driven lead generation B2B digital advertising campaigns across major channels including search, paid social, and display. The majority of our client ad campaigns are B2B-oriented, while a smaller portion of our campaigns are B2C oriented. Antenna is looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual who approaches campaigns with a results-oriented mindset. You will be supporting account managers and strategists by leading execution and implementation of ad campaigns. In particular, you will be working closely with the Director of Inbound Marketing, Paid Media Supervisor, and other members of the marketing team. This role will have client facing opportunities such as campaign discovery, strategy, consulting and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the execution, management, optimization, performance and reporting of the digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (such as LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Proactively monitor and optimize ad campaigns for delivery and performance; 
  • Work with internal team members to gather assets and information needed for campaign launch
  • Support on development of of landing pages
  • Responsible for paid monthly budget planning and monthly reporting; includes campaign budgeting, pacing and bid adjustments
  • Work with cross-functional teams including digital marketing and public relations professionals to plan, implement, and improve account performance aligned with client goals and initiatives
  • Conduct and analyze keyword and audience research necessary to build a new campaign; package for delivery to client for review by account lead
  • Gather research and data to formulate tactical plan development and recommendations to clients
  • Conversion tracking and goal setup
  • Ad copy development
  • Responsible for client communication of performance and competitive landscape
  • Demonstrate creativity and agility when problem solving
  • The ability to collaborate with designers, content writers, and developers to create assets needed for campaigns, such as images, landing pages, videos, downloadables, etc.
  • Assist business development professionals in providing preliminary research & strategy recommendations in pitches to potential clients or in upsells to existing clients

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years work experience running B2B digital advertising campaigns with an emphasis on lead generation
  • Strong Expertise in Google Ads
  • Strong Expertise in LinkedIn Ads
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads
  • Knowledge of landing pages and CRO best practices
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing strategies
  • Experience using Google Analytics to measure performance and goals to make analytical and strategic decisions for campaigns
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management and organization skills
  • Demonstrates initiative
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A genuine desire for continual learning and professional growth
  • Ability to read marketing reports and clearly communicate to a business owner the meanings and implications of the reports
  • Ability to setup conversion tracking and goals for digital ad campaigns

Bonus Skills & Experience

  • Experience in other areas of digital marketing, such as email marketing, conversion rate optimization, and content marketing
  • Experience in native advertising platforms such as StackAdapt and Outbrain
  • Hands on experience in using HubSpot
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or other photo editing software
  • Mastery of all relevant tools for reporting, analytics and competitive analysis
