Antenna is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist with a passion for leveraging marketing technology to improve processes, amplify marketing campaigns, generate & nurture leads, and extract data for insights. As a core member of our digital marketing team, you will use your skills in both marketing operations & martech to guide the technical decisions and implementations to execute marketing campaigns for our clients. You’re experienced in working in HubSpot and/or other marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, as well as automation tools such as Zapier. You will work in our client’s CRM/marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, WordPress and other website platforms to develop solutions that enhance the tracking, user experience and deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time.

You will be supporting account managers and strategists by leading execution and implementation of campaigns and marketing initiatives with a technical lens. In particular, you will be working closely with the Senior Director of Integrated Strategy, Director of Inbound Marketing, Technical Project Manager, and other members of the marketing team.

The senior marketing operations specialist will support the marketing team with the following primary responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage all aspects of HubSpot for client accounts. Main tasks include, email sequences, reporting, marketing automation,  list segmentation, email marketing, sales enablement, and data management
  • Develop landing pages for advertising, email marketing, and SEO campaigns (using tools such as WordPress, Hubspot, LeadPages, Squarespace and other tools)
  • Make website updates such as adding new pages to websites, content updates, blog posting, etc.
  • Architect the overall marketing stack of marketing technology products used for client campaigns, including performing technical reviews, research of new tools, demoing solutions, and putting together proof of concepts.
  • Integrate marketing technology products with each other and non-marketing systems
  • Implement conversion tracking, troubleshooting, resolving issues, and making recommendations for strategic approaches to track analytics to align with client goals
  • Setup client dashboards & reports
  • Ensure proper setup of internal tools used for campaigns to ensure a seamless coordination, communication and project management between cross-functional teams in public relations, digital marketing, graphic design, and web development.
  • Execute on Conversion Rate Optimization campaigns
  • Lead client technical discovery meetings & present technical recommendations to clients
  • Train and support colleagues from the marketing team and other departments  on using marketing technology products


  • Passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of inbound marketing
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Pardot required 
  • 3 years of digital marketing or marketing technology experience
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and skilled in using it to analyze data, track conversions, and determine insights for marketing campaigns.
  • Experienced in creating landing pages and making minor website updates in content management systems such as HubSpot, WordPress, Leadpages, Wix, etc.
  • ​​Working knowledge of email marketing best practices
  • Ability to think strategically and use technology to achieve client goals/objectives 
  • Self-motivated, proactive and flexible 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills


  • Experience working with B2B companies/organizations in any of the following industries: cleantech, sustainability, health, mobility, and real estate,
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems,  or related majors
