Antenna is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Social Media Supervisor to lead and grow our social media efforts for clients. You will conceptualize, implement and manage creative B2B social media strategies for our Clients. Additionally, you will help develop, implement and market Antenna’s Social Media services to existing and potential clients. 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Examine our B2B clients’ existing social media environment and consult on achievable goals across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram 
  • Provide seasoned expertise for social channel strategies as the lead social strategists on accounts
  • Plan and execute organic social, awareness, brand and influence campaigns as well as community building strategies
  • Develop, oversee and publish content for social media platforms
  • Collaborate with internal design team and copywriters to ensure social media campaigns have the proper creative to generate the desired results
  • Develop social media content calendars 
  • Proactive management of day-to-day social media campaigns 
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Develop and articulate innovative influencer strategies that achieve clients’ goals and incorporate best practices of organic and paid social campaigns
  • Collaborate with Digital Advertising Specialists to coordinate organic and paid social strategies
  • Collaborate on cross-functional account teams to inform colleagues and clients on how social media can strengthen complementary efforts such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Public Relations (PR)
  • Track performance of social media content, campaigns, community engagement and overall social presence
  • Participate in the development of sales proposals by performing discovery and research and providing strategic insights and recommendations
  • Participate in sales pitches, selling clients on the value of social media
  • Be our internal leading social media expert/thought leader

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 
  • 5-7 years’ B2B social media experience 
  • Demonstrated experience with B2B social media strategies, awareness campaigns, community building, brand campaigns, influencer campaigns
  • Subject matter knowledge in at least one of Antenna’s practice areas: Cleantech, Mobility, Real Estate, Healthcare or B2B tech 
  • Extensive experience specifically with LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter 
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work in real time and under tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate the “why” behind recommended strategies
