Antenna is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a diverse pipeline of talent for our practice areas and offices. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will serve as an ambassador of Antenna’s warm and inclusive culture to all candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role will be temporarily remote due to COVID-19 and thereafter can be based in either our New York, New Jersey or Chicago offices. 


  • Conduct thorough sourcing campaigns to identify high-quality candidates and build a diverse pipeline of talent for all practice areas through various job boards, social media outlets, and networking
  • Build collaborative partnerships with leaders and hiring managers across the company to proactively understand hiring needs
  • Create compelling job descriptions and postings 
  • Screen and present high quality talent to hiring managers for selection and schedule interviews 
  • Champion diversity and culture in all aspects of the recruiting process and assist with strategies for attracting and hiring diverse talent
  • Proactively search for passive candidates in order to build out a pipeline before urgent hiring needs arise 
  • Prepare recruitment activity updates and report and track related recruitment efforts
  • Build and maintain knowledge of competitive target companies and keep abreast of industry changes and trends
  • Partner with the Director of Human Resources on implementing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practices 
  • Partner with the Director of Human Resources on recruitment for the internship program 
  • Other Recruiting and Human Resources projects as needed 


  • 2-3 years of talent acquisition experience in a corporate or agency setting 
  • Experience hiring for Public Relations and Marketing roles, preferred
  • Strong interest and experience in building DE&I initiatives/programs
  • Proven track record of recruiting in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, energetic and empathetic personality
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees and managers
  • Team-player, with the ability to motivate others to achieve optimal results
  • Highly motivated, proactive and adaptable 
  • Organized, detailed oriented and able to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to be discrete and handle sensitive matters 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
