Situation
In Q4 2017, Antenna Group launched an on-going PR campaign on behalf of The NRP, one of the top 10 multifamily developers in the country. Antenna Group was tasked with raising the under-the-radar company’s public profile and media exposure to make it commensurate with the company’s size, scope, and geographic footprint.
Approach
- Developed a NRP Group corporate media messaging platform.
- Developed mission and vision statements for the first time, balancing affordable and market-rate business pillars.
- Developed thought leadership ‘library’ of topics on which NRP executives were well-placed to opine and pipeline of corporate announcements
Results
- Secured 65+ media placements on The NRP Group’s behalf
- Increased NRP Group’s TrendKite “Share of Voice” metric to 7% by Q3 2018 from less than 1% a year earlier.
- Secured & coordinated placement of NRP Group Co-Founder and CEO David Heller on the cover of Affordable Housing Finance
- Placed 4 guest columns by NRP executives in Multifamily Executive, UNITS Magazine, and Propmodo.
