Elmwood Preserve aims to revitalize 106 acres of land to transform underutilized property into a community that meets Westchester County’s need for active adult housing, preserves 44 acres of open space, and provides recreational opportunities. Antenna Group worked on message development to get their goals across in a unified proposal.

A former journalist, he is an expert in communications strategy development, messaging, content development, team coordination, media strategy and relations, issues/crisis management, grassroots campaign coordination, and influencer partnerships. Ryan holds bachelor’s degrees in journalism and english from the University of Scranton.
