Ragan Names Antenna VP, Gina Faridniya, Amongst Top Women in Communications

To grab the attention of high-net-worth consumers, real estate developers rely on a small cadre of public relations professionals who specialize in promoting ultraluxury properties — and Antenna Vice President, Gina Faridniya, is one of the most sought-after experts in this space. This reputation culminates in her being honored as part of the 2024 class of Ragan’s Top Women in Communications.

Named one of Business Insider’s “13 PR Experts Who are Fueling the Growth of the Ultra-Lux Real Estate Markets” in November 2022, Gina co-leads our Spaces ecosystem, where she oversees a diverse portfolio of real estate accounts with a clientele that includes the developers behind skyline-defining residential towers, dynamic live-work-play developments, best-in-class office and retail properties, and interdisciplinary architecture and design firms.

Gina’s expertise extends beyond traditional property promotion, as demonstrated by her ability to pioneer novel pathways for real estate brands to engage with consumers. As more real estate companies embrace a lifestyle-centric approach to branding, their primary objective is to surpass the industry’s confines to cultivate greater recognition within mainstream spheres of influence.

Before her tenure at Antenna, Gina spent five years at M18 Public Relations, where she led communications campaigns for high-profile real estate developments. A former journalist and television producer, Gina served as a founding editor for Dow Jones’ Mansion Global and has worked for award-winning national news outlets including Al Jazeera Media Network, Bloomberg Television and MSNBC. A California native, Gina graduated from the University of California, Davis with degrees in Communication and English. She holds a Master’s Degree in Journalism: Business & Economic Reporting from New York University.
