Real Estate Technology
Technology is a highly disruptive force throughout the real estate industry. Antenna Spaces has one of the world’s largest real estate technology (PropTech) PR & marketing practices and consistently executes integrated communications campaigns that power impact for the innovators that are moving the industry forward.
Achieving consensus on large-scale planning and development initiatives demands a creative, thoughtful, and agile approach to a communications campaign. Antenna Spaces professionals craft the messaging and identify the media platforms that will successfully tout a development’s benefits, dispel misinformation, and rally public support.
A distinct and dynamic brand message is critical to differentiating your real estate professional services organization from competitor brokers, architects, engineers, attorneys, lenders, or other real estate professional services businesses.
As our cities become more advanced, efficient, and connected, powering impact as a developer or provider of smart city technology demands an integrated PR & marketing effort channeled towards both the public and private sectors.

How Digital and Social Media Have Transformed Residential Real Estate
A digital transformation is well underway in the residential real estate industry, as companies invest more resources into new technologies as a way to build their brand, connect with customers via new channels and enhance their sales models. We’re not just talking about online listing services like Zillow, either; real estate companies are fundamentally challenging their longstanding business practices to adapt to a new market reality. But, what’s intriguing about this shift is the fact that it’s not the industry itself that’s that’s driving this change – it’s the consumer.
