We are hiring a Marketing Technology & SEO Specialist. We are looking for an individual to contribute a fresh perspective and creative ideas to the Antenna community.

Antenna’s Marketing Technology & SEO Specialist is responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining the CRM/Automation platforms systems (primarily Hubspot, with working knowledge of Pardot, Marketo, and Eloqua a plus) to ensure its efficient functionality and seamless integration with other business processes. Additionally, they support the tactical execution of Organic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) campaigns across all Performance clients.  

This role reports to the Marketing Technology Supervisor and will work closely with a cross-departmental team of marketing strategists, other technology specialists, website specialists, analytics specialists and the SEO Director to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns on behalf of clients in the clean technology, real estate, innovations, and healthcare industries. 

MARKETING TECHNOLOGY SKILLS NEEDED

  • HubSpot platform proficiency: A strong understanding of HubSpot’s various features, tools, and functionalities is essential. This includes the ability to use Marketing and Sales Hub, with a particular emphasis on HubSpot’s ABM features, and dedicating time to learning Service, CMS, and Ops Hubs. 
  • Workflows/marketing automation: Creating and managing efficient workflows while optimizing them to meet specific business goals. This includes creating triggers, setting up segmentation, and implementing rules to ensure that the right messages are delivered to the right people at the right time.
  • Analytics/dashboard creation: The ability to extract meaningful insights from data helps in making informed decisions and optimizing marketing and sales campaigns. Knowledge of and experience with dashboard creation is key here as well.
  • Data Management: The ability to clean data and maintain data hygiene as well as manage large datasets. This includes an in-depth understanding of custom objects and properties. Additionally, being able to migrate and sync data between platforms is necessary.

SEO SKILLS NEEDED 

  • Experience in deriving actionable insights from Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO monitoring tools
  • Passion for using SEO and digital marketing to grow businesses
  • Proficient in: SEO audits, keyword research, SEO content writing/optimizations, and link building.
  • Ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of core SEO principles and the latest best practices. ferociously consumes content from SEO thought leaders and has either written their own thought leadership content (or can if given the opportunity)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Supporting the Marketing Technology Supervisor with client consultation on MarTech strategy, tech stack implementation, CRM management, and marketing automation platform best practices.
  • Collaborating with Strategists to develop strategies and execute marketing tactics that meet client goals and prove ROI.
  • Monitoring and reporting on ongoing campaigns for the internal team to report back to the client.
  • Developing and implementing marketing automation workflows to drive lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
  • Publishing content onto clients' websites in a timely and efficient manner, including blog posts, landing pages, and downloadable assets.
  • Supporting the account team in the onboarding process for new clients, including conducting research and developing client-specific strategies.
  • Monitoring website traffic and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize conversion rates through A/B testing.
  • Create and manage landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns, including the template designs (emails & landing pages), calls-to-action etc within the HubSpot platform.
  • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc).
  • Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
  • Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email sends.
  • Form strategic SEO plans, by completing the proper discovery with clients, collaborating with the account team, performing research, and auditing existing results.
  • Drive traffic, conversions and ROI for Antenna’s clients by doing and/or overseeing competitive analysis, keyword research, content creation, website experience optimizations and link building.
  • Writing effective SEO content for blogs, websites and social media accounts
  • Form and execute on link building strategies
  • Analyze keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
  • Perform SEO audits to assist sales team in selling new SEO campaigns

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, Social Media, SEO or related fields (internships included)
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively and clearly communicate with internal team members and external stakeholders - both verbal and written
  • Understanding of marketing principles and willingness to learn marketing technology such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot (Marketing Cloud), or Marketo
  • Proven ability to hit deadlines and manage multiple projects at once with varying timelines
  • Ability to think strategically and consult with clients to develop strategies that make the best use of their marketing tech stacks.

For New York City Ants, the base salary for this role is $70,000-$75,000. Relevant experience, skills, business needs, and other related qualifications determine compensation. In addition to the base salary,  a Professional Development Reimbursement, generous PTO, affordable healthcare, and matching 401K, as well as numerous programs and initiatives for career development and training.
